My Believe & Effects Towards Child Abuse
How can I start off, well my effects towards child absuse are tremendous. These innocent kids are being abuse for the following reasons: negelct, sexual, physical, & emotional. My effect on this is angry and sad. I ask to myself why would adults do this to these children at young age? These days adults are just getting crazy these days and don't know how to controlled themselves. Probably for them to do this to children is because they think they wont say nothing about them , which actually the abuser doesn't know that they are being watch. What hurts me the most is that the children that are being abused by any four type of child abuse is when they grow up they gonna have the concious and memory of the horendous things that happen to them when they were a child.

Effects of Child Abuse to the Community
1. I also find that people often mislabel as guilt what is actually sadness about a bad situation, or having sympathy for others. For instance, “I feel guilty about moving on” can mean “I feel sad about all that has happened. I feel sad and disappointed that my siblings are still stuck in my destructive family dynamics; and that we don’t have a close relationship.”

2. These kinds of family dynamics can leave people feeling traumatized all over again. Siblings might ostracize a man who expresses anger toward a father who beat him. A mother might deny her daughter’s stories of being sexually abused by her father or grandfather; or she might blame the daughter for the abuse. Responses such as these invalidate a person’s experiences and create new struggles in adulthood.

Effects of Child Abuse On-Self : Famous Cases
A. (Dave Pelzer, A Child Called "It", Published September 1st 1995.)
C. This book talks about one of the most severe child abuse cases in California. It's the story of Dave Pelzer, who was brutally beaten and starved by his emotionally unstable, alcoholic mother: a mother who played tortuous, unpredictable games--games that could leave him nearly dead. He had to learn how to play his mother's games in order to survive because she had no longer considered him a son, but a slave; and no longer a boy, but an "it."
Dave's bed was an old army cot in the basement, and his clothes were torn and raunchy. When his mother allowed him the luxury of food, it was nothing more than spoiled scraps that even the dogs refused to eat. The outside world knew nothing of his living nightmare. He had nothing or no one to turn to, but his dreams kept him alive--dreams of someone taking care of him, loving him and calling him their son

Johnathan Cummings Accused of Physical Child Abuse
An employee at a home day care name Johnathan Cummings age of 19 years old accused and released with a bail of 35,000 dollars.Officers were called to the unlicensed daycare in the 13600 block of Wood Ember Drive on Monday for reports of child abuse. On this case a witness caught Johnathan on video allegedly assulting a 2-year-old boy. What was Cummings doing with this 2-year-old boy if you ask? He was kicking him,but what was surprised was that he actually admitted it. So what did they did with Cummings? The investigators released him with a 35,000 bond.
My opinion about this article is that why would parents leave their children with a day care helper. The reason that gets me mad is why would this guy do this to a innocent 2 year-old boy. What would your opinion be?

Nursing Home Neglected Patients
In Hyattsville, Maryland a nursing home is accuse of deadly negelcting children with special needs. The Maryland police officers stated that they werent treating the patients right. They are blaming them for poor medical care like medication , helping them eat, etc. A patient name James Frankling said that he had a bad medical attention, Medical records show he had a sacral ulcer, commonly called a pressure ulcer or bedsore. "I mean I didn't have no idea that I would still be here in the hospital. And for me to be in the hospital has been a tragic chance for me," as Franklin told the news.
For more information about neglecting in nursing home please click below:http://www.myfoxdc.com/story/20077928/maryland-nursing-home-accused-of-neglect?autoStart=true&topVideoCatNo=default&clipId=7964080#ixzz2QdkvUwfC
My opinion about the story is tragic. Most of all is when the nurses leave the patients in the bed for past years and the effect to this is for them getting a bedsore. Theres no reason for them to be doing this, if they didnt actually like their job they should of quitted instead of neglecting these innocent patients. More and more people are just going histerical and crazy they just dont know what to do.
What would your opinion be, and what would you do?

Coach Arrested in Alleged Sexual Assault of 15-Year-Old Girl
By: Sofield, Tom, "Levittown Patch.com", January 29, 2013
A 34-year-old Falls Township man is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl that was friends with his daughter and a player on a softball team he coached.
Kevin Jones of Fairless Hills was arrested on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a minor, aggravated assault on a minor, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor. He is currently being held on $2 million bail, Lt. Hank Ward said.Jones coached for the Levittown American and Levittown Bulldogs girls softball teams, Ward said. Police fear there may be more victims.
According to a criminal complaint filed Monday night, the 34-year-old began the alleged sexual relationship when the girl was just 14 years old.
Police investigation found that the two had exchanged over 1,400 text messages since 2011. Additional messages were exchanged through Facebook.
The two would tell “each other that they love each other hundreds of times, each of which is accentuated by graphics, and contains exaggerated language such as I love you more than anything else in life," the affidavit states.
Photos of the two “posing together as a couple” were found during an audit of the victim’s cell phone, police said.
According to the affidavit, police discovered that Jones routinely identified himself as the victim’s father via Facebook’s private message system. He also said she is the only man she needs, threatened to “kill” any boy that she has interest in and asked her to stay in his room overnight during softball tournaments.
The victim's mother was made aware of the supposed relationship earlier this month. The victim told her sister and mother that she was having a "sexual relationship" with Jones, court records state.
The victim told police the illegal affair began when Jones began "flirting" with the young girl. The girl told police the suspect called her "babydoll."
The victim told investigators she had her first "physical contact," which was a kiss, with her softball coach when Jones drove her home after she spent the evening with the suspect's similarly-aged daughter, the affidavit said.
In the days follow the kiss, the affidavit says, the relationship progressed from kissing to groping. From there, the two engaged in a consensual sexual relationship, which included oral, vaginal and anal sex. The victim told police the acts mostly occurred in the bed of Jones’ Hoover Drive mobile home and no drugs or alcohol were involved.
Just before meeting with police on Wednesday, January 9, the victim texted Jones’ and said, “ I’m sorry Kevin, i love you.” She added, “ I ruined your life, I’m so terribly sorry.”
“Who knows,” Kevin replied.
The criminal affidavit does not indicate whether the girl answered.
"Run, my mom knows,” was the message she sent Jones on Friday, January 11. The suspect said he showed his wife and was not clear what the message meant and contacted a lawyer.
In the days following police interviews on the alleged sexual abuse, the girl sent more than a dozen private Facebook messages telling the 34-year-old married father of two saying that she was “sorry,” “lost right now” and still loved him, court documents said.
Jones told police in an interview with detectives that he would “play fight” with the girl, but she was “like a daughter” to him. He said he “hugged and kissed” the victim in front of her mother and added they both often said they love each other, the affidavit said.
Just hours before police were set to execute a search warrant on Jones mobile home in the 100 block of Hoover Road, it burned to the ground in an early morning blaze.
The fire destroyed everything, including bedding, computers and cellphones that police wanted to collect as evidence.
Fire officials said the cause of the fire remains under investigation. However, it appears the fire started with the dryer unit.
What would you do if you were in that 15 year old girl place?
For me i wouldn't let myself do that, i would have told an adult immediatley and i would have charged him. this of the year people are just getting out of control, they should have more respect for themselves at least. Now these days they are young girls that are afraid, they dont have the confidence to say anything to an adult about whats wrong with them.
That's my opinion, what would your opinion be?
